The terminal itself is fairly small. There is a toilet there, although you have to pay to use it. There are free toilets on the ferries, though, along with a little cafe for drinks, snacks and other food.
The staff were very helpful, and there were maps in different languages that you can pick up.
The ferries run to time and the view while you are waiting is lovely. The water was calm and still when we were there and the journey was very smooth."
