"Rörstrand's tableware is now of completely substandard quality. According to Rörstrand, widespread discoloration on the tableware is considered normal wear and tear. The answer that "Natural wear and tear or careless or incorrect use of the product is not covered by our warranty" only gives a feeling of questioning, definitely not good customer service. The pictures I sent in clearly show that it is not a matter of careless or incorrect use of the product.
I also have a white tableware from another brand that has been used significantly more and for a longer time than the Swedish Grace tableware. The other brand does not show any signs of either the wear or the discoloration that the Swedish Grace tableware has."
