Reviews Summary
Visitors appreciate the Lindholmen Waterfront for its scenic views and the vibrant Lindholmen Street Food Market, offering diverse culinary options. However, some guests have reported significant issues with accommodation, including deposit disputes, lack of amenities, and poor customer service, which can detract from the overall experience.
"Loved the room, very smart layout and with simple connections to the entire town (including less than 10 minutes commute to the central station). The only little complaint I have is that the sofa pillows sort of slid off when we sat in it, other than that I loved the room."

"If you stay for long term, say goodbye to your deposit.
You are supposed to clean the room before you are leaving to be able to reclaim your deposit, which is fine. Did it like so, however I get the mail shortly after my departure that there has been a reduction of my deposit (more than half of it!!!) due to cleaning issues.
They attached some pictures about the problematic areas, which did not really made sense to me since it was majorly clean. I can agree that the stove was not crystal clean, I did not have the necessary cleaning tools.
This would not even be a problem, I would understand a reduction due to some dirt, BUT they have charged me 6 hours of work by the cleaning team AT A 700 SEK/HOURS RATE. 4200 SEK + some fees. This was simply outrageous. The whole apartment is 16m2, how could a cleaning team spend 6 hours there to clean when I already cleaned it majorly?
Tried to make contact, they replied after like 5 attempts, telling me there is nothing to do.
And I did not even mention how hard was it to keep it clean, since the shower was leaking severely, called maintenance several times, they said "there is no fix, all of these cabins are like that". + add some other technical difficulties into this like their application not working at all.
If you stay for long term, hire your own cleaning crew before leaving, it will be more economical for your wallet."

"THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced EVER.
My mother was supposed to check-in yesterday - everything has been confirmed on mail and they went to drive 5 whole HOURS to stay at your place.
When they arrived you couldn’t find any reservations??????? I literally have proof of reservation. They were told that you guys gave away their room to someone else, how is that fair when we already have a reservation?
Every other hotel was fully booked because of the AC/DC concert, so they had to drive 5 hours back. That’s 10 hours drive! This was supposed to be a gift.
I also called customer service and I was sent back and forth between the receptionist and the booking department. I was told the booking department is on vacation? The whole department??? Neither could tell me anything or help our case. Never have I ever experienced such bad customer handling.
I expect you to call me and fix this somehow."
