I visited Halmstad Slott on a Friday at 4 pm. We didn’t go inside the castle as it is not open for public, just admired the castle’s exterior and spent time in the charming square courtyard. The area by the Nissan River was peaceful and beautifully tranquil. An old-style ship was moored nearby, which added a lovely touch and made for some great photos.
