"Fridhem is a very nice place. Expect YMCA-level of surroundings. Basic, but clean and neat. Has a good history about it, with Swedish royalty involved. In the historic salons, time has stood still. We lived in one of the surrounding houses. Expect shared bath and toilet in the corridor. No A/C. The place has it's own beach with a nice veiw around it. You can get small dishes in the coffee-place of the house for a nice price. For the budget traveler (as we apparently were this time) this was quite OK."
