What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Europa-Park is widely praised for its incredible theming, vast array of rides, and overall high-quality experience, often being called the 'world's best theme park'.
However, some visitors find the parking and the park's app to be frustrating and difficult to navigate, leading to delays and a less smooth entry or exit."Don't even think about going in!!!
Terrible parking, horrible.
You don't know how to get the car out; we spent about two hours trying to get it out.
With a disabled person.
We'll never go back. I'm giving one star because it couldn't be any lower.
There's a phone that doesn't work."
Montse70
"An app that's not intuitive is unusual. It takes forever to register, giving up a ton of personal information just for the first time you're going to use it...
The only thing it doesn't ask for is a copy of your tax return...
I don't plan on using it again..."
Oscar Aπt
"The parking is very good, but a real shame to get the car out.
You pay for a non-intuitive app, which is complicated unless you have been there more times.
If it hadn't been for other kids who were there, I wouldn't have been able to get in. In short, 40 minutes trying to get out. Which of course you have to pay.
(The guys who opened the door for us were the same)
I won't come back."
