Walls are so thin between rooms that you hear normal snoring from the other room, so if you don’t have the same sleep schedule as your neighbors this will genuinely suck (you hear talking as if they’re in the same room).
Make sure to ask for a river facing room if you stay here - we faced the back, which was beautiful, but we were facing a night club. The room temperature was boiling hot even when we didn’t have any heaters on, so we had no choice but to sleep with the balcony door open, but unfortunately that meant waking up to drunk people chatting, screaming etc several times a night.
The breakfast genuinely sucks. You get better bread on a Ryanair flight! The staff in the restaurant are quite rude, and it sounds like a cruise ship in a storm the way they carry their glasses (we could hear the clinking from our floor two floors up).
All in all, it’s a good hotel because it’s clean with good sized rooms in a good location. It’s not good enough for me to come back though, because I’m heavily sleep deprived from four nights in that hotel."

"Great location specially if you’re running the UTMB race, it’s very close to the finish line and kit pickup. Some rooms have no direct sunlight which can be very sad. Staff was very helpful too. Double check if you have breakfast included, it’s good value and needed if you have early activities."
