"You would definitely want to visit here if only once for the absolutely superb 19th century architecture - truly beautiful. I Stopped off here mid morning for a coffee and croissant, which were nice but small - pricey at €4.30, but this place is aimed at the well heeled predominantly French boat owning community in the harbour over the road, plus holidaying Madrileños with a bit of cash. Judging by the clientele I saw, they were miserable with their money. The service was good, although it wasn't busy, and the crockery and music were tasteful. However, the view of a row of green portakabins just across the road was unfortunate, and the fake marble tables made out of MDF were disappointing, particularly in such an august environment, and in a country that excels in marble craftsmanship."
