Vandalization with graffiti and lack of cleanliness is widespread and more so in its bases such as the Paseo de la O. It is more than evident that this city lives with its back to the river and that hooligans roam freely with impunity without anything effective being done to prevent vandalization with graffiti of all kinds nor thorough cleaning of its entire visible structure. A shame because colorful is with desire."
