What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Agua Mágica offers a refreshing escape from Seville's heat, with many visitors praising its fun slides and wave pool, especially for families and teens. While some reviews note minor organizational issues and inconsistent food quality, the overall experience is considered a good value for a day of cooling off and enjoyment. Booking online and arriving early are key to maximizing comfort and fun.
"We needed a reprieve from the heat in Seville and this was it. It is not huge but has everything you need for a day out with the kids. We have two teens and we had a great time. Easy to navigate, most lines were less than 5 mins some up to 15 mins. Rides can’t be compared to some of the bug parks but still lots of fun. The staff were great, pleasant and helpful. Food was typical park food, Hot dogs and pizza were good and prices a little higher than outside but good for a theme park. We paid on line before hand for the “hammocks” loungers, we arrived at about 12.30pm, there were plenty available and we settled in. Later in the afternoon they were nearly. All taken, so get there early. Lockers were also easy to use and worked well. We had a great day, it’s a typical water park with a good variety for young and old, no crazy queues, I highly recommend for a fun day out of the heat. The reviews I read before I went nearly made me not go, I don’t understand some people’s expectations, it was so much better than the reviews and one of my best watermark experiences. The teens had a great time too."

"It’s a nice way to cool off more so than the water rides in the actual theme park it’s located inside- but every ride process is completely disorganized and confusing when it comes to figuring out where to retrieve the necessary item to ride. Just have to bumble around and figure it out, which we were able to do okay.
Be sure to buy access to the park ahead of time, and also just pay the €10 for a hammock/shade structure (also cheaper ahead of time), otherwise there is no free shade/chairs/storage. We saw people sheltering in the ditch areas near the fence that hadn’t purchased one, and more expensive to do when there.
The workers were mostly rude to any foreigners, regardless of our ability to speak the language and trying to be kind.
The food was awful, we paid €30 for 2 burgers and both were cold and totally raw- came with no condiments unless you paid. We brought it back to the counter and chalked it up to a loss.
Isla Mágica is way better managed and is definitely worth the price, the water park was nice to cool off but we were very disappointed otherwise."

"Took my daughter to Agua Mágica and we both had a great time. It’s not a luxury place and there are things you could pick at, like it’s not the cleanest and a lot of people were smoking even though I thought it was meant to be a no-smoking area. Maybe it just wasn’t being enforced.
That said, none of it took away from the fun. The atmosphere was lively, there was plenty to do, and my daughter loved it. We left happy, and I’d go again."
