Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about Setenil de las Bodegas' incredibly unique architecture, with houses built directly into and under massive rock formations. The charming streets and local cuisine are frequently praised, making it a memorable stop. However, parking can be a significant challenge, and some find the uphill walks strenuous.

"I really love this place. It is such a neat place to visit. There are beautiful views and the unique houses, shops and restaurants built into the rock overhands and caves around. It's aust see if you go to Ronda as it is only about 25km from Ronda. Parking can be tricky if you are in a car and trying to get closer to the center of town where the most visited areas are. You can get a ticket if you are not in the correct areas or just over the line on the edge of the road. I was warned by locals so I had a heads up. You can also park at the entry to the town where the tour buses park and get and get an electric tuk tuk or walk into town. There are quite a few pretty steep streets to walk up if you want to get to great views."

There are view points, souvenir shops and restaurants so there is a decent amount to explore! It’s definitely worth allocating more time to relax here so you can take it all in and enjoy it."
