Visitors consistently praise Segovia Cathedral for its stunning late-Gothic architecture, intricate details, and the breathtaking views from its tower. The affordable entry fee and the wealth of art and history within make it a highly recommended stop. Some note the challenging but rewarding tower climb and the peaceful atmosphere inside.
"We did the 1 hour tour through the tower and it is soooo worth it. This cathedral is beautiful, there is so much history and mystery to be pondered on here. You will be able to get the best view in town from the top of the tower. Just note that you will have to climb 190 steps in 3 sections. Not recommended for people with mobility issues as it is quite the climb. Bring water. Worth exploring the art gallery and exhibitions in the claustro."

"Four euros to enter for a basic visit.
Stunning inside. You get a leaflet with your ticket naming all the chapels.
Its full name is the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption and San Frutos.
Following the late Gothic Style, the construction began in 1525 and consecrated in 1768.
Its current height is 88 meters and has 161 stained glass windows creating amazing light."

"The Cathedral of Segovia is in Spain’s “rock star” collection of cathedrals. For it’s elevated, elegant and elated atmosphere, it has been renamed the “The Lady of the cathedrals” and a visit inside will convince you why.
For a cheap entry fee, you will be exposed to an overwhelming collection of woodworks, stained glass, high ceilings, religious art, carvings, sculptures and illustrations. Notice the details, and there is a lot to notice. We loved how realistic the wood and/or plaster sculptures.
The visit is very relaxing as the cathedral evokes peacefulness and introspection.
You can also add a guided tour + tower access for more €.
Highly recommended if you pass by Segovia for the richness of the collection and preservation of the building."
