"Located in the Interpretive Center of the Santoña, Victoria, and Joyel Marshes Natural Park, it's always recommended to visit because, in addition to being incredibly interesting and educational, it's free. From here, you'll see the marshlands natural park and the Santoña fishing port. To get here, you must walk up the viewpoint ramp. You could take a baby seat or wheelchair up there, but it's steep. You can park your car in the underground parking lot, nearby, or at the fishing port dock (weekends only)."
