Reviews Summary

Casa Salazar is a highly recommended free attraction, praised for its moving local art exhibits, including poignant children's paintings, and its pleasant historical building. Visitors appreciate the knowledgeable curator and the opportunity to experience cultural events like 'La Fiesta de los Indianos.' The main drawback is that typically only the ground floor is accessible.

"Amazing place. Bad thing is only the grownd floor open."

Pessego Ratzinga

"Free admission, free, chilled water and exhibits by local artists. I was moved to tears when I saw paintings that local children had painted to help them make sense of the recent volcano eruption. Bless them, these pictures realised the horrors in pretty much the same way that the paintings by children in the concentration camps of WW2 that I saw in Prague’s Jewish Museum did. It’s heartbreaking to know that anyone witnessed the eruption let alone youngsters."

Jeff Green

"Must be visit just beautiful. The curador gives exellent service very knowledgeable I will return for la fiesta de los INDIANOS"
