"The hotel is not worth the "5-star" rating or prices. Not really sure how that rating was achieved, based on my experience. The quality of rooms and amenities were poor. The staff was largely unfriendly, with few exceptions. The quality of food - lackluster and not worth overpriced fees, especially with so many other tastier options nearby. The bed is beyond uncomfortable - one side had noticeable wear and slanted, the other was as stiff as cement - be prepared to leave with backaches and have an awful night sleep. The only draw/s were the terrace (if you purchase a room with a terrace) and some of the ambiance in the walkway. However, it does not outweigh the many negatives to the establishment. Also, important to note the staff will only be friendly if you need nothing and have no questions. The moment you try to raise an issue they become disinterested and try to shift any blame towards you (the customer). There is no accountability and overall do not truly care how your experience is - once they have their money. Save your money and stay at a place more suitable for comfort or at least one that is worthy of the title "luxury"."

"Amazing experience! UMusic hotel is such a wonderful five star hotel. The team are so attentive and always there to help with every request.
The champagne breakfast was a lovely way to start the day, and the live piano every morning created a magical atmosphere.
The room was spacious and clean, with a large comfortable bed and decent view from the balcony.
Eduardo in the guest experience had some brilliant suggestions of things to do around the city and made our stay extra special.
