What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
This unique Starbucks inside the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is a hit, especially with football fans, offering stunning pitch views from its second floor and a premium Reserve experience. While seating can be competitive and it's closed on match days, visitors rave about the specialty coffees, gourmet food, and exceptionally friendly staff who enhance the overall visit.
"A very special Starbucks for football fans!
Sure, it’s a Starbucks like any other – you get your Grande Latte, cookies, and all the usual favorites. ☕🍪 But what makes this one unique is its location inside the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium! For any football fan, it’s an absolute must-visit, especially if you don’t have a stadium tour booked.
If you manage to grab a seat by the window, you’ll enjoy an amazing view right into the stadium – such a cool experience! ⚽️
Just a small note: on match days, the Starbucks is closed or reserved for VIP guests, but on regular days it’s the perfect spot to enjoy your coffee with a true stadium atmosphere."

"I visited the new Starbucks at the Bernabéu the day before my birthday, and I have to say it’s beautiful. The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, and the food really surprised me because I don’t go to Starbucks in the U.S.. The coffee was excellent (a Spain thing likely), the burrata with jamón ibérico salad and the salmon Mediterranean salad were honestly insanely good, far beyond what I was expecting. But what really made the experience stand out was the staff. Irene (tall with dark hair) was a true ray of sunshine, so polite, attentive, and genuinely kind to both me and my mom. She even went above and beyond to discreetly help me with a small personal emergency, which I’ll never forget.
David (also tall, slim, dark hair) was at the bar area, and he impressed me with how calm and professional he stayed despite the evening rush being chaotic. He made sure our reservation time was respected (even though it had already been pushed twice before) and handled our orders with such care. His professionalism honestly made my birthday feel that much more special. I wish I’d had the chance to thank him personally before he left for the night. Vicente also deserves a mention he helped us a lot during our first day when we were a bit confused. Overall, the team was so attentive and kind, I really hope this level of service continues over time.
My only small downside was the bathrooms upstairs, which often ran out of toilet paper and are mixed (something I’m not personally used to and found a bit odd when sharing mirror/sink space). There’s a separate bathroom downstairs, but it’s much smaller.
Still, a huge thank you to everyone there, you truly made our days brighter with your care and attentiveness."

"The drinks were really good and consistent with Starbucks drinks. The views were good but the seating was not the best. There are really good seats but it was hard to find where to sit. People would go upstairs and secure seats and then go downstairs to actually buy a drink, this seemed to be the best way to actually get a seat. The views of the stadium are actually really good. If you are in a pinch and can’t do the stadium tour this is a great place to see and take pictures with the stadium."
