The return was requested the same day I received the bag, I feel like they are prolonging the request on purpose so that I can no longer return it if it approaches fhe 15 day policy. Seeing all thebother 1 star reviews, I am convinces that this company tries to scam in somehow keeping your moeny. So, I would not suggest ordering from them. They don't want to accept that a customer just wants to request a return and nothing else. Instead, they harrass you with other suggestions hoping you will give up on wanting to proceed therefore allowing time to pass and before you know it, it is 15 days, and your return is refused. Smh. Do better."
