"Awesome hotel! Excellent service, very clean hotel. Housekeeping fantastic always leaving the room very nice and clean daily, Breakfast was awesome with lots of variety. Jorge, who checked me in and then later found me a scale to use to check my packed luggage, was fantastic! Even at check out, the male attendant (don’t remember his name) was very attentive helping me multiple times with getting my luggage to transportation outside.
Best part was the views on the rooftop! Excellent location, recommend without reservation!"

"We stayed there last December and I've just realised we did not leave a review. Usual high standards from an H10 hotel: Warm welcome with some cava, stylish and comfy rooms (with lovely bathrooms) and great location. Cocktails on the rooftop were a bit pricy but I guess they were worth it for the amazing views over the city."

"I paid extra for BIRTHDAY CAKE which you can get when you purchase a room and i understand there was 0 Communication from them when is it coming so i assumed you enter a room and The cake will be there? There was nothing so i kindly went to ask reception in person (at maybe 4-5 oclock) when they plan to do The surprise as we were already checked in- they said AT 6 OCLOCK, Okay i understand they do this after people check in, so i stayed calm and understanding. Can u imagine it was 8 oclock and we still didnt get The birthday cake which btw was meant to be surprise for my boyfriend? i called reception and ask more directly when is it coming they asked me to wait to check if i still didnt get it?what do you mean so when i Came to ask in person 1st time they just ignored me and kept talking at front desk with colleague? I got annoyed because we were tired and wanted to sleep already as it was 8pm so i asked for a refund and lady at front desk started being super passive aggressive asking WHY?!?!?! IS COMING? It was coming yes but 2 hours later than you already said before and lied to me, instead of doing her job and callin restaurant to check if they are actually preparing it she ignored me 1st time. (Btw we checked in around 4pm so they had 4 hours to prepare??) I read more reviews about this unwelcoming front desk and i will be more careful when choosing hotels next time. Please teach your staff to get proper social hotel manners, i cant understand How in 4 star hotel i get a rude lady at front desk treating me like i didnt just pay extra for a service they completely ignored? In The end we got cake at 8pm instead of refund which i wanted instead - so we just gave up with this system, completely ruined birthday surprise. Why do you even have this option when your staff doesnt care?Worst H10 hospitality ive ever experienced, not only this situation But front desk feels super unwelcoming, never look at Any guests, no eye contact just having fun talking to each other. When checking in it feels like you are annoying to them. Wow.
Check out was good because a very kind guy was at a reception, not The lady so one star for him for saving the customer service of this hotel."
