"I’ve been waiting to write this review for several years. I bought two pair of custom shoes that were sized using their 3d method. I paid more than €800 in 2017. They were delivered to the USA and I paid another $100 for import fees. After trying to break them in for a few months and dealing with an insane amount of pain, I reached out to Glent shoes.
The had me have them professionally stretched. I did with very little improvement. I have now returned to Madrid twice with these shoes hoping for some relief in the form of credit or repair.
I just picked them up after being sent out to their factory and they are the exact same but shiny. The gentleman said it was my foot and I need an insole. They have not gift since day one. Do not trust their machine. The store looks nice but the customer service is not worth the price."
