"I bought the shoes and in less than two weeks the slow came apart at one end. We went to the store to ask them to give us and exchange but they insist that this is not a defect. He made excuses that the shoe looks fine to me and cannot be done anything. He told us to wait u til the shoe really comes apart and then come over to try to change it. He then kept pushing the defect to see if it comes apart by hand. He told us that probably we used it on artificial ground and that’s why this happened. We told him that we were told clearly that this particular shoe can be used on artificial grass given the MG sole. We are really disappointed because we have been buying from fútbol emotion for a long time, we are a member, and it is not a very cheap shoe. We expect the store to take cognizance of it."
