Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Cabrera Archipelago National Park for its unspoiled, wild beauty and peaceful atmosphere, offering a true escape from civilization. The opportunity to swim in crystal-clear waters, hike to historical sites, and observe unique wildlife are frequently highlighted as major draws. While the boat trip is generally enjoyable, some wish for more engagement from the crew during the journey.

"I went to Cabrera Island with my husband, and overall it was an okay experience. The trip itself was good, the crew was very friendly, and the beach wasn’t crowded, which made it relaxing.

One thing I think could be improved is the use of time during the 1-hour boat ride to the island. It would be nice if the crew interacted more with passengers along the way. Also, adding hammocks on the island would make it even better for relaxing and enjoying the scenery"

Melissa Arango

"This place is a gem! Nobody lives here so it's wild and a great escape from civilization. You have to reserve a buoy a few weeks ahead of time here and absolutely no anchoring is allowed.

Hiking is great here. Go up to the castle or take the 7 mile round trip hike to the lighthouse on the west side of the island. Tons of cute little geckos scurrying around and they're surprisingly not so shy. They are curious and don't mind coming up to your camera for a close up shot. At one point I had three in my hand.

Swimming here is great. The only think I'd watch out for are the occasional jellyfish, of which I've only seen two, and they seemed to be closer to the open water than inside the bay.

The bar on the beach is a nice place to stop and unwind. They serve drinks and small tapas."

Iman Alsharkawi

"Great place for birds insects and plants. Hundreds of lizards. Plenty of walking with nature, or alternatively for lounging in peace at a turquoise bay. We went by boat and stayed for several hours. Afterwards we stopped at the blue caves to swim in the sea which was quite an experience! There are some other visitors with you on the island but numbers are limited so it is never crowded or noisy."
