What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Atoope Park is widely praised for its fun-filled atmosphere and energetic activities, making it a hit for families and parties. Visitors often commend the great staff and convenient parking. However, one review raised concerns about misleading advertising and inconsistent application of height restrictions, suggesting potential areas for improvement in customer communication and fairness.
"Extremely Disappointing – Misleading and Discriminatory Experience
Thank you, Atoope, for ruining our daughter’s pre-birthday celebration. We felt discriminated against when the staff refused to let our daughter enter the play area, claiming it was because of her height. She was the only child they measured, even though we saw several kids her size freely playing inside.
The staff were rude and dismissive, simply offering a refund instead of any real apology or solution. Our daughter has never had issues entering indoor playgrounds in the Philippines (Fantasy World) or the Netherlands (Monkey Town), but this experience left us shocked and upset.
To make things worse, your advertising is misleading. You use images of toddlers in your promotions, yet you deny entry to children of the same age and size. When you search on Google for “Getafe soft play niños 3 años,” Atoope appears — which gives parents the false impression that it’s suitable for young kids. It’s dishonest and disappointing.
We will never come back and do not recommend this place to any family who values fairness, kindness, and integrity."

"We had a amazing time! The service was great, our three year old kept loosing his mask (all kids had to wear them), and they would provide us with one. Highly recommend it. The price is ok."
