"I was looking for a beach just outside Barcelona good for families with a shower facilities and I found this one. It's absolutely great. It has small shops around it and is accessible by train. We took a taxi though. Was about €28 from Barcelona but for a family of 4 with 2 young kids it made more sense. The beach itself was clean, was not busy and has a lot of sports facilities mainly volleyball. Water is deep and wavy though so I would exercise caution with children. Water is spectacularly clean more or less clear and the sand is more coarse which is easily cleaned off. I love it."
