What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for the Complejo Cultural San Francisco are mixed. While some praise the beautiful ambiance and well-maintained facilities, particularly for events like concerts, others report negative experiences with ticketing and unclear information, leading to unexpected charges.
"Unfortunately, it's a scam and only a scam. in the tourism center we were offered to attend a flamenco festival concert, while they said that it was free. in order to make sure of this, we arrived 4 hours earlier to confirm for ourselves that the entrance is really free. A woman was sitting at the entrance and said that she did not know if it was free or paid. As a result, when we arrived an hour before the concert, they began to charge 15 euros per person at the same entrance. When I wrote to the organizers of the concert about this, they thanked for the message, they said that they were not aware of what was happening. Thus, no one answered us for a fee or for free. But money was taken from us."
