Visitors appreciate the town's charm and its suitability for shopping. However, the bus station's confusing signage and the impact of Spanish lunch breaks are recurring points of frustration for travelers.
"Definitely Chiclana on vacation. Get off at the Rio Iro stop, walk about 400 meters in the direction of travel, cross a small pedestrian bridge on the right, and you'll reach the women's shopping paradise :-) Very pretty little town. Be sure to take into account the lunch breaks in Spain. So go in the morning or late afternoon. Definitely worth a visit! The bus station is new, with an air-conditioned waiting area with snacks and drinks available for purchase from vending machines."

"I don't know how many stations they've built, only to tear them down and build another with similar characteristics. What a desire to waste money and confuse citizens.
The platform layout is as follows. This information is posted online, but there is no sign on-site, which leads to constant confusion:
Suburban lines (Bay of Cadiz Transport Consortium):
PLATFORM 1: Line M-020 to Cadiz
PLATFORM 2: Line M-120 to San Fernando
PLATFORM 3: Line M-230 to Puerto Real Hospital, and Line M-231 to Puerto Real Campus
PLATFORM 6: Lines to Medina Sidonia, Conil de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa María, and Jerez de la Frontera
Urban lines (Belizón and Rodríguez):
PLATFORM 4: Lines 8 and 11
PLATFORM 5: Lines 1, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, and the Common Cemetery
Long-distance intercity lines (T.G. Comes and Avanza Málaga):
PLATFORM 6: M-940, M-942, M-943, M-945, and M-947 to Medina Sidonia, Paterna, Alcalá de los Gazules, and Benalup.
