"This Nikki Beach is number 4 on my list, and overall, I wasn’t disappointed. From the warm welcome to the service, food, and drinks…everything was excellent. Joaquín and his team did a fantastic job and made us feel truly well taken care of.
However, I have to mention something I had already read in other reviews: the pool unfortunately had a strong smell of urine. I arrived shortly after noon, not long after opening time, and the pool wasn’t crowded yet, but the smell was still noticeable. This definitely needs to be addressed.
Because of that, it was the first and only time I went into the pool during my visit. I’ve never had such an experience at other Nikki Beach locations.
I’d still be happy to come back and hope that by then, the pool issue will have been resolved."
