What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Mirador Morro Velosa is praised for its unique, arid landscape and panoramic views, offering a peaceful contrast to Fuerteventura's coastal attractions. While the architectural design is appreciated, many visitors note that on-site facilities like the cafe and museum are frequently closed, limiting the experience to a short photo stop.
"Nice little stop in the middle of the island with a pretty unique view over Fuerteventura’s dry and wavy landscape. You won’t get the “wow” moment like on the coast, but the scenery has its own charm — endless hills, earthy colors, and total peace and quiet.
There’s a small info center and a terrace where you can chill for a bit and take in the view. It’s a good place to take a break if you’re road tripping through the island, especially if you want to escape the beach crowd for a while. Nothing over-the-top, but we enjoyed the calm vibe and the contrast to the coastal scenes."

"Wow! What amazing views! Well worth the short detour off the main road. Shame museum and bar/cafe are shut"

"Expectations were high, reality was dissapointing, want lie.
The caffee, restaurant and the whole complex is closed. So, you park your car, take few photos and move on.
The views are ok, but nothing I couldnt live without. Closer to Betancuria I found the views more breath-taking."
