"The front desk staff are excellent! The hotel is nice, clean and in a good location but prices are high. Rooms are nice but very small which is fine with us.
Restaurant staff (woman) told us there was no food at the roof bar and we could not take out food to the roof bar, but when we got to the pool, there was a menu with food items on it. Breakfast buffet was like a Holiday Inn Express, should be free with your stay. Good thing we didn't eat dinner there. There's no water in the room unless you buy it. I think it would be nice if the hotel had simple bottles of water for guests who don't want to drink the tap water, I wasn't sure if it would be OK to drink that.
The location of this hotel was good, we were able to get the on-off bus across the street and see everything we wanted to see."

"We stayed here for 4 nights and were very happy. Everyone was friendly, food was great, room was great. We got there early and couldn’t check in yet so we walked around for a while then ended up having a cocktail at a place a few doors down, we went back to check and see if our rooms were ready and they weren’t yet but 20 minutes later they came over to the restaurant we were at to let us know they were ready, and I thought that was going above and beyond."

Spent a week here while visiting Barcelona and we're very pleased with the facilities and the room.
Staff from the start were amazing and very helpful. Very kind. Always willing to help when you needed it.
The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds very nice. Soft clean sheets, pillows and comforters. Water kettle, espresso machine. Nice T.V. lots of channels.
Bathroom is big with a large tub. Towels soft/ fluffy...
Just nothing negative to say. The on-site restaurant serves some great food. Rooftop bar is very nice in the evening.
