I understand there will be construction after the summer, but when they allowed a man to keep his horses there, he maintained the area. "Well, if this allows me to not give any stars, it will be like this. I don't know where to turn anymore, and since the City Council has hired this company... I'm talking about AZVASE. I work, I pay taxes like everyone else, and a portion of what we all pay goes to cover the needs of people who need help. People who aren't capable of asking for anything because they only knew how to give, and these grandparents took it upon themselves to fight for many of the freedoms we have today. They suffered hunger, misery, some still survive the war, and many, like my mother, endured a harsh postwar period and now have to be at the beck and call of someone who makes the most bizarre planning: one shower today, another tomorrow, some weekends spent in this house, squandered by more than a finger. They are stripped of their clothes and dignity, at the beck and call of someone who doesn't know how hard this must be for them. There's a lot to say, but it's hard to summarize here so as not to tire. This should be reported in the press, in the media, to see if someone takes action. We have them at home, because it's their home, which they worked hard and took their health to achieve. And you can't invade anyone's personal space, much less someone who no longer has the strength to do even the most basic things, as if they don't deserve any respect. And I don't blame the workers; most of them are running around without time, and some are vocational workers, and hats off to them. But the way it's managed is so precarious that something has to be done. Look, ladies and gentlemen at the city council, how much you pay for a service and what we taxpayers and users also pay. Fix this, because what you're doing is unjust. Do the right thing here and now.
