Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about Sierra Espuña Regional Park's stunning natural beauty, breathtaking views, and diverse landscapes, making it ideal for hiking and cycling. The abundance of wildlife and well-marked trails are frequently praised. However, some note the need for caution on narrow, winding roads and the unreliability of mobile signal.
"Absolutely stunning national park!! Beautiful drive up the roads, 100% recommend stopping when you can to take in the breathtaking views. Plenty of places to park up and go walking/ hiking, definitely pack some water if you do! Plenty of trails to go and explore. Recommend the Komoot app for getting some trails (save them for offline... signal isn't great in the hills). Believe we saw 3 eagles circling aswell!! It was extremely quiet when we went in June, no other cars around but be careful of the cyclists on the road. 2000% will return and explore further!!"

"A spectacularly beautiful landscape and mountain range. The Morron de Espuna in the center of the park is 1583m high and, although I've never been myself, I think it is possible to walk almost all the way to the top.
And that is before the residents of the park are considered. The park is home to many wonderful orchids (such as yellow bee orchid) and animals, the most spectacular of which is the golden eagle.
Yesterday, I had a spectacularly close and prolonged encounter with a family of these birds, including a very young bird which was born this year!"

"Definitely got a 5 stars from me. We visited this parque yesterday not much people though. Most are bikers. And only us who went for hiking, a total of 9km from the parking space up until to the restaurant. Beautiful views and especially looking at those green trees give us an amazing and calm feeling. For those who wish not to walk you can go there via car. There is parking space for cars at tourist centre and near the restaurant. But you have to be careful cause road is a bit tight and full of curves."
