"Walking through the Plaza Alta a few years ago, we saw the Chapel of Our Lady of Europe, popularly known as the Little Chapel of Europe. The first records date back to 1690, when an oratory dedicated to Saint Bernard was built with the authorization of the Bishop of Cádiz. Later, it was decided to change the name to that of Our Lady of Europe. The chapel has a single nave, with a barrel vault in the main body and a groin vault in the presbytery. The Chapel is also the headquarters of the Brotherhood of Christ Tied to the Column."
