What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Fundación Luis Seoane for its free admission and the quality of its temporary exhibitions, particularly noting the fascinating 'Art and War' display. The modern architecture is also a highlight, providing a beautiful setting for art. Some reviewers wished for more signage in Spanish and felt the permanent collection was somewhat limited, possibly due to space constraints.
"Cool place"
Sergio Santano Lafuente
"I went to see the exhibition "Art and War. Geishas and Samurai in Ancient Japan" and it was truly amazing. Super interesting and great to see armor, weapons, and paintings from the samurai era. The "secret" room of the exhibition is curious; these Japanese people left nothing to the imagination... It's well worth seeing, and even free... even if you had to pay, it's one of those exhibitions you'd gladly pay for.
The only downside, I think, is that it wouldn't cost anything to put the signs in Spanish, not just Galician... basically because a lot of people come from outside in the summer, and if for whatever reason they come to see this exhibition, I don't think they'll understand much."

"The modern architecture of the building is quite beautiful and ideal for exhibitions.
The permanent collection dedicated to Luis Seoane fell a little short for me, perhaps due to lack of space, because when I visited there was a fairly good temporary architecture exhibition. The museum is free and rarely visited.
In my case, I am an architect, it was worth the visit both to see the building and to see the temporary exhibition."
