"The place is not that hard to find and is not as big as you think. But it is big enough to keep your kids busy for a decent number of hours, especially the pirate playground area. This place is not a patting zoo as a whole (if there were any impression as per se). Most of the animals cannot be pat for safety reasons. There is an enclosed area with many finches. Bear in mind they will roam freely inside and may rest on your hair.
Overall, this place is a probably good to keep your kids busy for awhile. But there are other locations under this group. We did not get the tickets in advance and can get it there, even if through other sites (e.g., Klook). There could be a time slot arrangement but did not experience it."

"Its a mini indoor zoo good for children! Redeemed my tickets purchased via klook at the ticketing counter and exchanged for activity passport where you can collect stamps to redeem 1 postcard from the gift shop. There are different interactive activities at different timings - we managed to catch the capybara feeding session where we all took turns to feed the capybara a snack. The interaction was conducted in Korean but you can understand what you need to do by the gestures and etc."
