What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Yongsan Park as a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained green oasis in Seoul, perfect for families and relaxation. Highlights include the enchanting Christmas Village, picturesque gardens, and unique sculptures. Some note that the Christmas decorations, while lovely, are concentrated around specific areas.
"Didn't plan to visit this park as I was actually on my way to the National Museum. I discovered the park as I was attracted by the beautiful view and decorations along the side tracks. And I'd say I'm glad that I did wander into the side tracks. The park was huge, clean and well-maintained. The plants in every area were thoughtfully juxtaposed. The lotus on the lake and the pink little flowers along the paths were such a pleasant and kind of romantic sight. And yes, the gigantic iron hand in the botanical garden is another reason why this park is a must-visit for every Seoul visitor. I recommend spending 30-45 minutes exploring the park."

"A true green oasis in Seoul – perfect for Familien
Yongsan Family Park offers so much more than just open space – it’s a green oasis with a wide range of activities for children: playgrounds, pedal go-karts, a Deer Garden, beautiful gardens, a sound garden, water play areas and many more attractions. It’s the ideal break from a city trip and especially enjoyable for families, who will find plenty to do and can spend hours here. The park is very clean, including the sanitary facilities, and you can also rent bikes and sports equipment. The best tip: bring a picnic blanket and some drinks and enjoy a wonderful day in this relaxing and family-friendly environment."
