"I climbed on foot.
There are sharp slopes and long stairs, but my effort was rewarded when I was able to see stunning view from the top.
Even during the stairs, there was an amazing illumination area. It was so fantastic.
( as of 2025 August. I’m not sure if this is permanent illumination ..)
If you have time and energy , I suggest to go on foot, to enjoy the every moment in the route to the top.
It is also surprising that this whole area is entrance free.
I saw many joggers / walkers enjoy this area even at night."

"Wonderful views. Good place for hiking / running. Neat history. Loved it.
Takes about an hour to walk from Suwon or Haseo station, and if you want to walk around the whole wall that can take several hours depending on how fast you want to go. Or you can just hang out and take pictures."

"Its really good. However it's difficult to carry small kids as it's a long area to walk. Like more than 10 km. The Buddha temple will bring out the peace in us."
