That said, the downside is the service, which often feels indifferent or even slightly arrogant. And the prices? Frankly, hard to justify. For example, a single cracker cream sandwich goes for 4,000 won—something I wouldn’t consider worth it. A tiny cake priced at 70,000 won borders on absurd unless it offers a once-in-a-lifetime flavor experience—which, in my case, it didn’t.
Seoul is full of excellent dessert spots that offer better value and friendlier service. Unless you’re specifically coming for the ambience or the bragging rights of a “been there, done that” visit, I wouldn’t rush back. You’re paying for the packaging, not the punch."
