We purchased products intended for collection after clearing customs, yet no staff member explained the process or advised us on where to go. As a result, we wasted valuable time going to the wrong retail outlet, only to be redirected to a collection point located in the basement.
Additionally, another sales staff member gave my daughter incorrect information, telling her to collect her sunglasses at Terminal 1, even though we were departing from Terminal 2. This caused unnecessary stress, and we had to rush to the basement collection point to seek clarification. Fortunately, we learned that her sunglasses were indeed available at the same collection point, but the entire situation created avoidable anxiety.
Because of these misdirections, we were unable to enjoy the airport lounge before our flight.
