Reviews Summary

Jeju Olle Trail Route 6 is highly praised for its diverse scenery, encompassing stunning waterfalls, coastal paths, and vibrant city markets. Many find it an accessible and rewarding walk, perfect for experiencing a broad spectrum of Jeju's charm. Some beginners may find certain sections challenging, and it's recommended to dedicate a full day to fully appreciate all the sights.

"Olle Trail Route 6 starts from Soesokkak- dari bridge, finishes at Jeju Olle Tourist Center. This is an easy one, and it's one of my favorite one. It goes through the beaches, hill, market, and city views. There are so many things to see, you can have it all on the route. Worth spending a whole day on it."

"It is a relatively short course starting from Soesogak to Jeju Olle Traveler Center. However, for me, a beginner Olle challenger, the 3-hour walk was not easy.
I went in reverse, but as I walked along the path from the Traveler Center to Jeongbang Falls, across from the Olle Iljang, I saw the image of artist Lee Jung-seop, who drew a picture of children playing on the Jaguri Coast, and my heart ached. The children catching crabs with Seopseom Island and Munseom Island in the background in the picture...
Next, next to the Jeongbang Falls path, there was a 4.3 Memorial Monument, and it is said that there was a massacre on the cliff of Jeongbang Falls. The memorial monument was only built in 1923. I felt the pain of Jeju residents that they had kept in their hearts for a long time. The road leading to Soesogak, passing through the next Seopseom Island and Bomok Port, allowed me to see various aspects of Jeju, such as a seaside stone road, a pine forest road, and an asphalt road. I was grateful for the traces of the careful construction of the road so that I could see Jeju's magnificent scenery up close."

"This is a course that connects Soesogak to Seogwipo City. There are some rough roads such as Jejigi Oreum and some coastal gravel fields at the beginning, but most of the roads are flat and short, so you can walk without any burden.

And there are endless famous tourist attractions and things to see such as Soesogak, Kal Hotel Garden, Sojeongbang Falls, Honeymoon House Cafe, Jeongbang Falls, Lee Jung-seop Street, and Olle Market.

In my case, since I went through Course 5 and this course at once, I was so busy with the bus schedule that I passed by all the really good places without thinking.

It was fun to come back to the city after walking along the coast or mountain roads for the first time in a long time. Jeju City and Seogwipo City definitely seem to have different sides.

If you are going to experience one of the Olle Trails with friends or family, I think this course is the right one."
