Reviews Summary
Molto Italian Espresso Bar is a highly-rated cafe in Myeongdong, celebrated for its stunning Myeongdong Cathedral views and quality Italian-inspired coffee. While the terrace seating offers a picturesque experience, indoor options are limited to standing. Desserts are generally good, though some find them pricey. It's a popular spot for both locals and tourists seeking a charming atmosphere and delicious beverages.
"A hidden gem for coffee lovers with the best view of Myeongdong Cathedral. It feels like sitting in Europe while enjoying the best local coffee in town. We were drawn here by the tiramisu and the attractive view.
We ordered the hazelnut latte, espresso doppio, and cappuccino. The hazelnut latte tasted elegant with high-quality hazelnut syrup. The espresso doppio, although a small serving, featured a unique recipe with sweet cream on top and a well-brewed shot of espresso. All coffee-based drinks are worth trying! The tiramisu was average, considering its high price of 12,000 won, but still recommended if you are a fan of bittersweet flavors.
There are plenty of outdoor seats. You can choose the terrace seats for the most direct view (though the terrace might appear in your photos) or sit at the group table if you come with a group of more than three.
The place is close to Ewha and Myeongdong, blending bustling vibes with a peaceful environment. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here; many Koreans come here for their afternoon tea or americano chit-chat. Enjoy Seoul like a local!"

"The coffee was quite delicious, I bought the biggest size of tiramisu, it was very delicious, the ambience and atmosphere were great, you sit on a terrace against the cathedral and enjoy your coffee and dessert with very nice music playing in the background. I am also adding some photos of how to get there."

"One of my top favorite cafes! Molto is great when you come during any seasons except summer time because it’s a rooftop cafe. So, it’s going to be soo hot up there. By the way, affogato and cannonccini are a must of this cafe. If you visit here dont miss that never. And the most charming thing of this place is Myeondong cathedral. A shot with coffee and the cathedral will be perfectly perfect for your visit. This cafe is worst to come. Don’t miss!! I warn you"
