What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Hanwha Life Eagles Park is praised for its incredibly fun and passionate fan culture, offering an authentic Korean baseball experience. While the stadium is noted for its age and some amenities might be less modern, the vibrant atmosphere and dedicated fans make it a worthwhile visit for those seeking cultural immersion. Some visitors have encountered issues with obstructed views and crowd management.
"It’s a really fun park, but a really old park… they’re currently building a new park next door, so it’ll be fun to see that when it’s done!!
I’ve been to Changwon, jamsil, and Seoul baseball parks… and this one was the least fancy and up to date. But the fans and nice and the vibe is good, so that’s what really matters. 🤷🏼♀️
I think it deserves more than a 3, but it’s just a 3 compared to other KBL stadiums. If you’re wanting to see an amazing stadium, I’d go to Changwon Dino’s Stadium or Gocheok Sky Dome.
They’re more for tourists; this one is for the real fans."

"Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a ballpark. This is the only stadium Ive ever been to where I was told that I wasn't allowed to bring a liter of water even though games had recently been cancelled because of the heat waves. Secondly I was sold these obstructed view seats where I literally couldn't see anything because they inexplicably put plexiglass in my direct view without ever seemingly cleaning it. Then the people behind us had the audacity to tell us to sit down even though there was no way we could watch the game unless we stood up. I chose to walk around and stand up at another part of the stadium instead of arguing but it was quite uncomfortable not having the option to sit down in between innings so I just left after the 5th. Needless to sag I will never come back to this stadium again."

"Despitethe rain, it was a great first time watching baseball in Korea. We sat in the cheering seats. I was overwhelmed at the beginning but it was so much fun!"
