"Located in the centre of the city,the spacious Culture & Art centre is a gem of Gwangju.
Unfortunately all the entire theaters and halls are under major renovation(craze of rich Koreans to change furniture every now and then and also take advantage of covid scenario,when public avoids gatherings).
But still the complex is showing gallery of colored beautiful paintings and Avery catchy reminiscent of old Gwangju in black and white photographs.
A visitor gets involved and engaged in the B&w photographs .But for me it was saddening to observe the simple culturally rich Budhisht society madly aping these west and converting the beautiful serene city to a concrete jungle."
