"This is one of the most unique hotels in Korea. The main building is a cruise-ship-shaped structure built on top of a cliff overlooking the East Sea. It’s not an actual ship, but a hotel designed to look like one.

The cliff-top cruise structure was built first, and later, around 2018, an additional hotel wing was constructed below the hill closer to the shoreline. Because of this layout, the property now has two different levels with very different views.

Even if you’re not staying here, you can visit the 360-degree revolving café/restaurant located at the top of the cruise-ship building. It rotates slowly while you enjoy the scenery, and it’s definitely worth a visit.

From the lower part of the hotel, there is direct access to the coastal walking trail toward Simgok Harbor, which is a great place for a relaxed seaside walk.

One thing to note: rooms facing the sunrise side do not have a full view of the coastline, so choose your room based on what kind of scenery you prefer.

"It is super warm and stuffy in the room. Feels like a boiler and you can only open a portion of the window a to have allow sea breeze in. Front desk does not speak English nor were they helpful. They say hotel is on heating mode and dont allow the aircon to be turned on. It is 15° outside and 30° inside the room. Managed to ask for a fan instead. Will you pay 500+ a night for a hot and stuffy room?!!? Literally sweating in the room, walkway feels much cooler"

"Good place limiited only in facilities.
Poor customer service ever experienced.
Customers need to wait standing without even a stool while reception desk employees checking reservation information sitting on their own chair!
They are usually rude and not helpful to getting any information about hotel.
Nice and good facilities with poor service minded employees.
