I would like to praise the tall young gentleman with thin framed black glasses at the top floor counter. He is very presentable, spoke very good English fluently and very friendly. When we lost our items the day before, he immediately recognised me and helped us resolve our issue within a few seconds. He is an example of what a good employee with good customer service is like. It is because of people like him which make me enjoy my trips to Korea."
