"First bad experience in Korea, "congratulations" Loveland! After a great dinner we decided to visit. I googled everything incl. opening hours, no mention of last entry time. We drove 12km and came at 21:03, we started approaching the ticket office and reading instructions. One angry senior lady shouted at us CLOSED and crossing hands from the booth, no greeting, no nothing and slammed the window in front of our faces. Wow! That I call bad customer service... 🙄 Not sure I want to come back!"
