The premium tasting and unique experiences like mushroom foraging and fynbos cupcake tasting are highly recommended. While some find the wines expensive, most agree they are worth every penny for the quality and overall experience.
"Stopped by at Delheim Wine Estate last Saturday afternoon and wow wow wow! This hidden gem that’s worth the drive is absolutely phenomenal. When I say they serve some of the best wines, you will be sure to get a surprise. Went for the premium tasting which consisted of 5 wines and each one was just remarkable with nearly each wine reviving 5 stars on the platters award. Each sip was so smooth and elegant combined with the spectacular Mountain View’s of Table Mountain, what more can you ask for? This is why their wines are so expensive but absolutely worth every penny. It’s safe to say that they have one of the best Pinotage I’ve ever had and paired with the generous explanation and story behind each wow, this is the one you must visit. Absolutely amazing👌"

"I visited Delheim for the popular mushroom foraging experience. I can highly recommend this experience. The morning started with an educational experience around mushrooms and what we can expect in the form that day, followed by the foraging. After an adventurous morning, we were treated to a wonderful harvest table lunch and a personalized wine tasting experience, offered by Purdon. Please visit this hidden gem."
