"The car guards for downstairs parking seem to disconnect the system after 8 or 9pm and force people to take a manual slip. They are doing some weird scheme, because even if I arrive before 8pm and pay for my parking ticket they initially dont want to accept it and the system does acknowledge it as paid. I just think there is something malicious going on and when leaving you are made to feel as if you are forced to pay them or you did something wrong. I just dont like this interaction. Dont know who to contact regarding this. It is not Babylons fault but I hope they resolve this."

I wanted to raise an issue with your entrance policy. Charging R150 for entry after 10 PM is extremely unreasonable. I arrived just three minutes late and was immediately told I had to pay this fee. Honestly this feels greedy and unfair especially mid-month, when not everyone has extra cash to spare.
I’ve been to other clubs in Joburg where I’ve had a great time without paying any extra feels so it’s frustrating to encounter this here. It really puts people off and makes the experience feel more about profit than enjoyment.
I hope you reconsider this policy. It’s not just me many patrons would appreciate a fairer approach."
