From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely exceptional. Khanya, the reservations manager, and his team went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. Every single staff member we interacted with, from the restaurant team to the spa staff everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making us feel special.
The highlight was the incredible effort put into decorating our room with beautiful birthday decorations. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the celebration extra memorable. The spa team also exceeded all expectations — their professionalism, care, and expertise left us completely blown away.
Every detail of our stay was handled with such care, and I cannot recommend Blueberry Hill Hotel highly enough. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so magical.
