What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the beautiful scenery and the dual appeal of a calm lagoon perfect for families and a spacious ocean beach for longer walks. While the natural beauty is a consistent highlight, some reviews mention issues with cleanliness and facilities, suggesting a need for upkeep in certain areas. The birdlife is also a noted positive for nature lovers.
"Shocking. Horrible. The staff a kind and great, but the units are terrible. The pool shown in the pictures belong to the hotel next door. Sometimes there is no way except through someone else’s unit to reach the postage stamp garden. This is falsely advertised as luxury units. The “main bedroom” has no en-suite bathroom. The toilet opens DIRECTLY into the dining room!! No wifi and mobile data is sketchy LTE/4g with 6.7 download speed.
Rather stay home. This place is such an embarrassment! The “main bedroom’s” bed creaked so much; when i turn around my husband wakes up and vice versa. There is no fan and the hollow bed made it impossible to get some much needed rest. No fans in the rooms and you cannot open the window as it opens to the public passage, where guests are allowed to party until 2am. There is no kitchen - just a tiny zinc and a 40cm2 table with the kettle on it. The fridges are missing shelves. The drawers are dilapidated…The microwave sits 2m high!!!! Because the bed was so bad we asked for another unit, Dream vacations then offered to squash us and out guests into a two bedroom with one bathroom AND charged us AGAIN. Unethical rip-off.
Spare yourself.
Dream Vacations - this place is HARMFUL to your reputation, unless you REALY don’t give a damn. SATSA this establishment should not carry your marque either."

"We were here during lockdown and despite the fact that there were few people on the beach and around the lagoon, it was unfortunately not very clean. Interesting bird life."

Navigating the Waters: Lagoon vs. Ocean
In contrast, the ocean beach presents a more traditional seaside experience. With its wide expanse of sand, it's perfect for long walks, sunbathing, and building sandcastles. Depending on the day, you might find gentle waves suitable for a bit of bodyboarding or simply enjoying the rhythm of the sea. Visitors should always be mindful of the ocean's conditions, including currents and wave strength, when swimming or engaging in water sports here.
