"We decided to book a stay for three (two adults and one child). The room we selected online showed two separate rooms, which was perfect for our needs. After booking and paying, I called to confirm, and the reservation team assured me that the specific room had been allocated to us.
However, upon check-in, we were informed that our reserved room had been given to someone else and that no other two-bedroom options were available.
Tyte, the on-site manager, handled the situation exceptionally well. He arranged for us to stay in a newly renovated room — although it only had one bedroom, it was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Throughout our stay, Tyte checked in on us regularly, which was greatly appreciated. His service was outstanding.
The hotel is currently undergoing major renovations, and I’m sure it will look fantastic once completed. However, I do think the pools could use better maintenance — especially the kiddies’ pool, which had noticeable stains and very dirty and un usable .
It would also be great if the resort could include a small shop on-site and expand the variety of items on their food menus.
Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was enjoyable, and despite the initial room issue, we had a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back once the renovations are complete"
