"It started off quite confusing where we were let in the entrance gate without payment. We then had to go back to pay. Customer direction is not the best, however, the service wasn’t an entirely bad experience. People were friendly but seemed a bit tired. We enjoyed our time there and had quite some fun. The chips that were served at the “tuck shop” were really good. It kind of smelled like feet. But the overall experience was good. The people who knew how to skate didn’t have the most courtesy towards people who couldn’t skate. If I could run up to them I would but I couldn’t skate myself. It I learnt eventually. It was not a bad experience, however monitoring on the ice would be nice so that people who are not professionals have some room to learn and skate.
Could I please get a voucher off of my next skating session. Would really appreciate it. Thank you."

"Firstly ,the place is run down ,no source of maintenance,then the skates you hire is broken ,you get on to the ice in the first 5 min that it is open and the ice is not smooth ,you buy a lock to keep your thing safe and you find out by accident that your locks key opens all the other peoples locks ,then you address the situation and the staff gives you an attitude"
